Mimi Tinker has been writing long and short form entertainment projects for both American and international markets for over ten years. She brings fresh vision and life to historical pieces ranging from the triumphs of the Queen of the Ottoman Empire to the complexities of the COLD FRONT era. She has had feature films and TV produced by Universal, Disney/ABC, as well as TV movies and miniseries for Swiss, French, Italian, and German, and British Television, including The Man Who Walked with Eagles (starring Terrence Hill, produced by Alessandro Jacchia, RAI), The Allnighter (starring Susannah Hoffs and Joan Cusack, Universal), L’infiltré (directed by Dominique Athenian Girard, Caravan Films) and Lady Luck (directed by Jorgo Papavassilou, produced by Cameo Films RTL) Love Cloak and Dagger (Urs Eggers directed). She enjoys the process of adaptation, and she can be relied on to find the depth and authenticity in any character or scene. When she is not writing treatments and scripts she enjoys adding to her contemporary art instagram feed and mentoring kids learning to make movies at Venice Arts. She speaks and writes in English, French and Italian.
